Transportation to and from camp must both be indicated in your online Transportation Form. Please log in to My Account and under the Forms Dashboard select ‘Forms and Documents’. There you will find a Transportation Form that must be completed for every camper regardless of their transportation method.
If you will be bringing your child to camp, drop off for campers on Sunday is between 1:30 pm and 3pm. Pick up for campers on Saturday is between 10:30 am and 12pm. If you and your camper are flying to the Bay Area and driving to camp together, please select car transportation on your transportation form.
We will have a charter bus pick up and drop off from Bay Area locations. The cost of the bus is $90 each way.
East Bay Location (TBD):
To Camp: Sunday Assembly Time: 11:45 am. The bus will be loaded and leaving the station by 12:00 pm
From Camp: Saturday Pick Up Time: 1:30 pm
North Bay Location (TBD):
To Camp: Sunday Assembly Time: 12:45 pm. The bus will be loaded and leaving the station by 1:00 pm
From Camp: Saturday Pick Up Time: 12:30 pm
We coordinate a pick up and drop off for all campers flying from out of town at the Oakland International Airport (OAK). Campers will be met at their gate by a Farm Camp staff member and accompanied to our bus.
Sunday Arrival – Camper flights should arrive between 9am and 11am.
Saturday Departure – Camper flights should depart between 4pm and 6pm.
48 hours prior to travel, the camp office will notify parents with names and cell phones for travel chaperones. On travel days, we ask that parents contact the office with any delays to the transportation schedule. You will be notified with confirmation that your camper is with us and we are on our way to camp.
Airport transportation to and from camp is provided at no cost for campers flying to or from camp
